Dog must meet minimum size/weight guidelines relative to handler for bracing work.
Can any size dog perform bracing work?
No. Counterbalance and bracing require appropriate size, structure, and veterinary clearance. Your trainer will assess suitability before Module 2.
Are mobility tasks safe for my dog long-term?
ASDI emphasizes brief, controlled loads, rest days, and ongoing veterinary monitoring. Worksheets include welfare checks after every session.
